Antique Trade Beads from the African Trade
made in Africa, Venice, Bohemia and Holland from the 16th c onwards
collected and assembled into Necklaces with Sterling Silver Clasps by Jutta Mark
1: Large (approx. 2cm) Red Glass Beads, made in Holland for the African Trade, 19th c or older. These were traded into Ethiopia. Spaced with small irregular Agate (?) beads with a small white stripe. Length 57cm including clasps.
2: A collection of Trade Beads including Venetian Millefiori, 19th/early 20th century, small chevrons. Length: 57cm
